It’s  Spring time in Florida

However with the wonderful spring weather comes the dreaded tasks of home organizing and spring cleaning!   Am I the only one who really hates doing this?   I mean, as soon as I take the time to do this,

my girls will have it messed up and cluttered up in no time.  I had my Tupperware cabinet neatly organized, by shapes and sizes, trying to imitate a professional organizer!.

It looked great but didn’t last very long!
A few weeks ago I was invited to tour the Container Store here in Tampa before the grand opening.  I felt like a VIP!  I was invited along with the other bloggers in the Tampa area for a tour of the store.

OMGoodness I am in love!

You know how I love to share the love too.  Here are  some of my organizational favs that I spotted and I think you will like them too!

I love this pantry grid solution.  And it is perfect for people that live  a nomadic lifestyle like me!  This can be taken apart and moved each time we move.  And the great thing is all you need is a wall to mount it on.  That’s really great because many of the kitchens I have lived with throughout the years have not even had a pantry.

How neat is this wall or door lid rack?  Talk about a space saver for all those lids to your pots and pans.  Just mount it to the back of the cabinet door and store your lids.

Goodbye  clinging and clanging- hello organization.  You know that lid  is always on the very bottom or all the way in the back of a cabinet.

This lid organizer is another great solution to containing those lids.

 

I absolutely love this roll out cabinet drawer.   Great idea for deep cabinets.

Or what about this slide out?   This can be easily moved from one home to the next, and who knows, you may even have a packer who will leave it all intact.  Just think, a shortcut to unpacking and unwrapping!  Now that’s what I’m talking about.  Working smart not hard.

I notice that kitchen lids must have been on my hit list the day I went to the Container Store.  It seems like these products are the ones that caught my eye.

But I did spot this under the cabinet basket that I thought was an amazing idea.

 

However I did find a couple of home decor pieces that I just got to have too.

I love this orange screen panels.  It comes in a set of four and will look great in Gabby’s bedroom.

They can hang horizontal or vertical.  And remember orange is a hopping color right now.  But if orange is not for you, they have green or black that are metal and can be spray painted any color to coordinate with your room decor.

And check out these colorful retro metal trash cans!  Now that’s a great way to add a pop of color to a blah kitchen!

Now that Spring has sprung and organizing is a priority again, I can’t wait to go back to the Container Store and pick up some things  or use there amazing pick and click!  Yes that’s right, you can shop online and pick it up at the store.   What a great  to work smart not hard .   How convenient for all of  us moms that have a hard time fitting a shopping trip into our busy schedules.
