So as I’m sitting here, I realize that I am way behind where I had planned to be with organizing my home, I felt like I failed at my New Year’s resolution, but then I remembered I didn’t set a resolution, I set a New Year’s goal instead! Lucky me, because it’s never too late to get back on track and accomplish a goal! Maybe you are like me and things came up, things you couldn’t control that totally threw you off schedule. If so, then good, I’m not alone! If you are one of those who are ahead of your game, then good for you! Maybe you can keep me motivated!!
I was looking through pinterest, searching storage ideas. I remember when we lived in Korea, our apartment had to be less than 1000 square feet, so storage was very limited. It always amazed me at how we could come up with those clever ideas for space savers, however here is one storage idea I just found and is thinking “why didn’t I think of that”!
That one thing is a tension curtain rod! Yes a tension rod! Wow what a genius idea!! And it is cheap!
We all have those small spice bottles that take up a whole cabinet and can be a pain to find which one you are looking for right? Well check out how familyhandyman is organizing them.
What a great way for organizing your spices and actually see what you have!
What about using one under your sink to hang spray cleaning bottles?
I know, genius right!
I’m thinking what a great way to store tin foil and wax paper too!
Here is a great way for all you crafters that need to store your spools of ribbon! If you are like me, you have ribbon that is tangled and just tossed in a storage bin at the top of a closet or under a bed. I love this whole concept of using an old bookcase to store your crafts in, and I have the perfect armoire that needs to be used!

Because I love sharing tips and adding them to my “organizing collection” please feel free to share your best organizing ideas and clever ways to save space in your home!
